  1. 5 out of 5

Overall a very good value for the money. The knobs and igniter system are top quality as are the burners. It cooks really well, and the heat seems fairly easy to control. The flame deflectors are the best I have seen. I have owned this grill now for six months and had no flare ups. The not “perfect” stuff: The quality of the cart is a little disappointing. The thickness of the metal seems a little thin and gives it a slightly flimsy feel. There is too big of a gap below the grease tray which is a bit unsightly, and the opening designed into the back of the cart does not look good from the back. The opening in back of the BBQ as explained by a representative to a previous reviewer is apparently necessary to meet safety guidelines, but it lets a lot of heat and smoke escape, and I don’t see that on other brands. The thermometer is misleading. I put a thermometer on the grill itself and it was over 600 deg. while the thermometer on the grill cover just read the lower end of “high”. I’m sure I could pick apart petty issues with any grill. I love this BBQ, and I would buy it again. Like that it’s made in USA.
