In addition to his day job, Jim’s cooking expertise and on-camera talents have made him indispensable in the creation of Blaze product demos and trainings, not to mention videos for cooking events and competitions. Off the clock, he is usually the life of the party, playing in his band or writing, recording, and producing several albums, which are available worldwide.

With over 35 years of experience managing and operating a family-owned Patio, Hearth, and Grill retail store, Keith brings a deep love of outdoor living and cooking that supports dealers and distributors in selecting equipment, marketing strategy, and customer experience. As a “certified Cajun,” Keith spends his downtime cooking signature dishes like Crawfish Maque Choux and Blackened Bass. He’s also a family man that appreciates poetry and hopes to one day publish a cookbook that blends recipes with verse.

In his free time, he’s a total outdoorsman and dedicated sports fan. He’s also committed to using Blaze equipment to cook up delicious meats and more whenever he can.

As founder of Pacific Coast Manufacturing, Jim brings nearly 30 years of experience to the outdoor living industry. His unique combination of manufacturing and sales knowledge provides valuable insight to specific markets and customer needs. As a strong communicator, Jim has developed key, long-standing relationships in the South-Western territory and beyond. Based in Southern California, Jim enjoys travelling, spending time with friends, family and their 4 wiener dogs.

Ken enjoyed a long career as a residential remodeling contractor before transitioning full time to Blaze and the outdoor living industry. He enjoys the day-to-day interactions with customers helping them grow sales, overcome obstacles, and having fun along the way. Beyond business hours promoting Blaze as the premier grill and outdoor kitchen equipment brand, he enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, football, and, of course, grilling steaks.
